Your next step to the Agiloft Community is to contact your Agiloft Admin or CSM.
Already have an Agiloft Support account?
STEP 1. Request a password reset using the same email address that you use for our Support Portal.
o Did you just now create a new Support Portal account? If so, it will take some time for that information to sync with our community platform. You will not receive a password reset email until the information is synced. Thanks for your patience!
o Please note that the passwords for Community and Support are unrelated.
STEP 2: Check your email inbox for a password reset email
STEP 3: Reset your Community account password and make a note of your new password. Neither the Agiloft Community nor Support teams can tell you your password.
STEP 4: Accept the Community Terms and Conditions in order to use the site.
