Request a password reset using the same email address that you use for our Support Portal.
Please note that the passwords for Community and Support are unrelated.
Check your email inbox for a password reset email.
Reset your Community account password and make a note of your new password. Neither the Agiloft Community nor Support teams can tell you your password.
Accept the Community Terms and Conditions in order to use the site.
Post a hello in the Introduce Yourself thread in the Watercooler.
Fill out your profile so that the Agiloft Community can get to know you. Don't forget to upload a photo to your profile so that we can put a face to a name!
Edit your signature. The system pre-fills a default signature and you can edit or add to it.
Check your privacy settings. Default settings in the Community may show your profile photo, company name, and other information to other members of the Community. You have control of what information you would like to share with other Community members and can adjust these settings at any time.
Join a Community topic so that you can get notifications for activity. If you don't see a join button, then you are already a member in that forum. (Please note that you must join a Community topic in order to post there.)
