Once you have an account, you can login to our customer support knowledgebase to view FAQs, submit tickets, and review tickets you have submitted previously.

To sign up for our online Administrator Training, click My Profile after logging in, and select the “Sign up for Training” link.

DocuSign has announced that starting in March 2023, it will no longer accept basic authentication for API calls. This means that if your DocuSign integration uses anything other than JWT authentication, you must transition to JWT before the deadline.
