As you may have heard, we are excited to share that Jason Barnwell has been appointed Chief Product Officer at Agiloft. 

Many of you already know Jason through his work as our Chief Legal Officer. Since joining Agiloft, he has played an important role in shaping our product strategy and helping ensure that our platform continues to address the real-world challenges faced by legal, procurement, and business teams. 

Jason is a mechanical engineering graduate of MIT who spent years as a software engineer before earning his law degree from USC, then built a 15-year career at Microsoft where he led the legal operations team responsible for running the CLM platform that powered Microsoft's global procurement operations.  He joins the product seat with a perspective that is rare in enterprise software: he has been the buyer, the builder, and the practitioner. This combination of experiences helps ensure our product roadmap remains grounded in the practical needs of the organizations we serve every day. 

As Chief Product Officer, Jason will continue to advance Agiloft's vision of helping organizations transform contracts into a strategic source of business intelligence.  

We also want to extend our sincere gratitude to Andy Wishart, who will conclude his tenure as Chief Product Officer on July 3rd. Over the past five years, Andy has played a pivotal role in shaping Agiloft's product foundation and helping drive the company's growth and success. His leadership, vision, and commitment to customers have left a lasting impact on both our platform and our organization. 

We thank Andy for his many contributions and wish him all the best as he takes time to recharge and travel with his family.
