    We've wrapped up another month with the Agiloft Community! Since the relaunch we've been focusing on a mix of virtual and in-person events!

    We had a Live Lab on October 30th to demystify reporting mechanisms and when/how to use them. Right before Halloween too! Did you miss a Live Lab? You can look them up in the channel libraries or stick with easy mode like I do and just search for "Live Lab" in the search bar.

    We had our ACE (Agiloft Community Engagement) event in Boston! It was well attended and both the A-Team and I had so much fun meeting customers and engaging with our community of power users. Some quick highlights:

    • We shared upcoming product updates straight from the mouths of our Product team AND took feedback from some of our most active users
    • @Allison DiBona shared a fantastic presentation about how Alkermes leveraged Agiloft (you had to be there!)
    • We ran a Screens AI playbook building workshop where teams built some playbooks on the fly and I gave into my worst stakeholder impulses and randomly asked them to make "minor tweaks" to their playbooks!

    Sadly, if you missed it, you missed it, but stay tuned and check our Events section from time to time for the new ACE event, it might be in a city near you.

    We went to the World Commerce & Contracts Annual Summit in Denver CO and met some of you there. What did we learn from talking to legalops professionals, other vendors and experts alike?
    • People want to know how to demonstrate ROI and business impact from their AI investment. More and more people are learning the ropes.
    • Everyone loves Screens AI - being able to easily build playbooks and use them in a clean UI is a gamechanger.
    • CLM is needed and most people want to expand it beyond being a legal only tool, and get more departments working with their data (either in platform or through integrations)
    • You all love meeting each other and networking in-person. Don't we know it.

    We also hit the ACC Annual Meeting in Philadelphia PA. It was an amazing conference, it always is, large numbers of brilliant in-house counsel gathered to talk about tech, process, regulatory challenges and to network. Agiloft hosted a pretty glamorous ACE Dinner with a few of you where we shared personal stories and got to know one another - we don't always talk about CLM and AI after all - just most of the time!

    What did we learn there?

    • Most teams are still working through getting AI permitted due to privacy/policy considerations. It's a necessary step in adoption - especially by companies handling sensitive/protected data.
    • Integrations are becoming more important, organizations want to integrate more and more systems with one another as no one platform can do it all, but the collective data within them is powerful once unlocked.

    So what's next???

    As we move into the holiday season, expect fewer in-person events. The A-Team loves hanging out with you, but we suspect now is the time for family & friends. We'll continue to share online content so keep your eyes peeled for more Live Labs and AMAs in our Online Community.
