We recently had a question about the Email Communications table come up in an internal channel, and thought it would be an excellent topic for Tips and Techniques.
I would like the Reply button in the Email Communications table to include the previous email. This seems to work when using the Forward button. Is there a setting or some other way of enabling that for the Reply button?
I think under Setup > Email > Outbound Email Settings – select the table then go to the “To Options” tab - there is a checkbox there for “Include original text in Reply”
