Advise On How To Get Access To SETUP On Left-Pane After Accidentally Removing It

Hi,

I have accidentally added myself to the group that has view only permission to a client’s KB, and selected the Apply changes to me now checkbox. Someone please advise, how can I get my admin right again, especially access to SETUP and pin it again to my left-pane :(.
