At Agiloft, you are never lacking in support.  We are here to help you have the best Agiloft experience and quickly resolve any problems you may be encountering in the system.  Our Support Team can assist you with error messages or bugs you encounter in the system, as well as standard how-to and basic troubleshooting questions.  You can enter a support ticket in at any time, however, during business hours you can also call Support at 650-587-8615.

In addition to entering tickets, you can also use the support portal for other self-service options like signing up for our free online training, submitting ideas for enhancements, creating requests for new implementation tasks for consulting services, and interacting with the Agiloft Community.

Access our portal. It is also available directly from your own Agiloft system by clicking Help > Agiloft Support Login in the upper-right corner of your KB. You can self-register to create an account if you do not already have one.

To create a support account:

    1. Go to the Support Portal and click "create your own user account."

    2. Enter your user information, making sure to enter your name, email address, login, and password.

You must choose a login and enter a working email address so that you can verify your account and log in to the system.

    3. Click Save.

    4. Go to your email, open the account verification email, and click the link to verify your account.

    5. Enter your login credentials in the authentication prompt and click OK. You're redirected back to the Support Portal login page.

Once you create your account, you'll be able to submit a ticket, look at updates, track, etc.

      • You can open a ticket anytime.
      • We don’t charge for tickets/support and encourage you to search community and then open a ticket if you are unable to find your answer.
You can also find additional Agiloft documentation here, such as the Agiloft Reference Manual, End User Interface tips, and information around system design.

Don't forget, you can always reach out to your Customer Success Manager for help or guidance.  We are here to help!
